Exploring quantum phenomena in nanoscale devices

OUR GROUP

We are an experimental condensed matter research group at Semiconductor Physics Research Laboratory (SPRL) in the physics department at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. Our group has a capability to fabricate nanoscale devices and measure electronic transport at a temperature down to 2.4 K and a magnetic field up to 7 T.

OUR RESEARCH

We study quantum transport in graphene and its van der Waals heterostructures with other 2D materials. These unique materials may alter the quantum transport of charge carriers, leading to enhanced electrical mobility and exotic correlated phenomena such as superconductivity and magnetism. The materials have shown great potential for applications in electronics, sensors, and energy conversion technologies.
